That's great, I like TCU's stadium and what does that have to do with winning football games?

Baylor ~ 16K students
Stadium capacity ~ 45K

TCU ~ 10K students
Stadium capacity ~ 50K

Bama ~ 36K students
Stadium capacity ~ 101K

ratios: 2.8, 5, 2.8

If anything, Bama needs to expand to catch up to the amazingly large Amon G. Carter.

Football is the only thing that Alabama residents actually care about.

They don't care about education, hygiene, teethbrushes, not having incest, etc.

If football vanished, every human in Alabama would instantly die.

You couldn't find comparable replacements for 25% of the TCU show girls team in the totality of Alabama's student body.

Although TCU's beloved Horned Frog is a unique mascot, it is not a mascot that has no direct connection (other than two unproven stories) to the university and the students do not yell out misplaced supportive praise of a dinoflagellate bloom simply because a reporter coined a term. Our traditions are rooting in the school, community, and state of TX.

A significant portion of Alabama students would never get accepted at TCU.

Alabama attempted to employ the success made possible by the defensive genius that is Gary Patterson. They were so incompetent they instead hired Franchione the HC of TCU at the time and that ended in humorous but predictable disaster.

Not only is TCU's Amon G Carter stadium one of a kind due to the innovative design, it was renovated more recently than BDS. The renovations at $164 million, which were paid for nearly in entirety by 15 alum donors, far exceeded the cost of renovations at BDS. Admittedly the bama rednecks are more easily impressed with lesser accommodations than the more discerning TCU faithful.

They should just stop playing football games and compete to see who can build the biggest stadium.
