1 year 13 million deal, I like this deal more than the rumored one with EE.

Holliday is 37 and looks to be the full-time DH at this point.

How much must Edwin be asking for when his rumored suitors have opted for really old guys who are mostly limited to DH

I can dig it.

If they land Encarnacion too they'll have a pretty good lineup

Edwin turned down 4/$80 from Toronto, maybe he wants Cespedes level money

Line up now is

Ellsbury CF
Gardner LF
Bird. 1B
Sanchez C
Holliday DH
Headley. 3B
Castro. 2B
Didi. SS
Judge. RF

At least I would think, I don't want EE on the team. Austin a bat off the bench, may need in case Judge struggles

Holliday is injury prone, or least it seems that way. Good pickup for the Yanks though, he definitely has something left in the tank, especially as a DH

Not playing the field could help him really. Last two years he has missed significant time but before that he was very durable.

Only if it means pitching can't think of a team that would need him though. Maybe Washington if they miss out on McCrutchen

They dropped Evoldi and Rumblelow so curious how the pitching staff takes shape next year.
Tanaka, Pineda, CC, Cessa, and Severino?
