Right, that was trolling. Posting a story that's on most major nba sites and then apologizing for posting it.

Instead of posting this weird thread, randomly, in July. Totally the same.

if he plays 70+ this year, would that end the injury prone discussion?

Not sure. But if he fails to hit 70, I'd say it would start to look like a real trend.

But how is it not a trend that he has increased in games played each year? Thats 3 straight seasons where it has increased.

As I said, he is still adding to his frame. He had a very fragile look to him as a rookie especially, and he needed more mass as a big man.

Just like I expect his stats to continue to go up, I expect his games played to go up as well. I think he'll still miss some because you don't see too many play EVERY game, but 70-75 seems like a good guess.

This is a bad thread that I see little point in besides trolling.

He still hasn't played as many games as LeBron did this year. You know. The season that LeBron took two weeks off to rest in Miami, and everyone criticized him for? He still played 69 games, more than Davis has played in any season.

Would you consider this NBA player injury prone? Last 4 seasons:

54 games played
76 games played
71 games played
41 games played

Seriously. It's not like I posted this on Pels Talk with a bunch of emoticons.

I'm so triggered right now.

Honesty I think the whole "blind resume" attempt is why people think it was an attempt to rustle jimmies.

Absolutely. Dwight is definitely injury prone, but luckily for Houston, he is not our best player.

Yeah, but you know as well as I do that none of that means anything as long as the player is healthy for the end of the season/playoffs. So really this thread is nothing more than looking for a way to rustle some jimmies

You're equating a player choosing to rest with a player held out due to injury?

I disagree. You need your best player healthy to get a high seed. Houston is good enough with Harden to be able to rest Howard during the season. The Pels do not have that luxury.

I am for the purpose that people thought it was crazy for LeBron to miss so much time. So far, missing all of that time is a given for Davis.

Again this has been explained to you.

He was being handled cautiously due to the pels not being in contention in 2012 and 2013. If say harden started his career as a rocket(or another star) and handled this way, what would you think?
