That game was brutal to watch. UCLA jumps out to a big lead in the first half, sleepwalks in the 2nd, and LSU still couldn't get back in the game. LSU's offense was non existent the entire game.
It's gotta be up there in the worst showings. Completely looked like we didn't belong.

Are you admiring the fact that the LSU squad was basically a group of guys who probably did play a lot of AAU ball together? Impressive a relatively sparsely populated area produced a team like that in basketball.

I knew we were in for trouble when early in the week John Brady admitted to cancelling a practice because the team was trying to handle all of the media request. LSU totally got caught up in the hype.
