Tiger's game is much too erratic right now.
But he brings eyeballs to the tv...so he might.

Phil has been a lot more consistent. Tiger would only get in to raise ratings, but with Speith's remarkable year, they've been doing okay.

I don't think either actually get in this year. If either does its Phil

why would anyone choose either? ... no one's going to watch the pc except golfers, so tiger won't make a difference ...

Neither Tiger nor Phil has won a PGA event in 2014 or 2015.

Obviously, Phil has a couple of 2nd place finishes at majors in that time, and neither player plays in a ton of tournaments compared to some of the other good players. But still, pretty crazy.

ETA: Phil is notorious for his Tuesday match-play rounds before big tournaments on tour, which he says are partly to get guys ready for the pressure of the Ryder Cup (and Presidents Cup). He'll probably be a captain's pick.
