Kind of an odd precident we are setting where non- politically correct comments mean you lose everything and you are shunned.

We literally all live in a glass house but treat celebrities like they are supposed to walk on water or else.

Yeah those events go beyond the man who owns the course, they are very important to local business and charities.

The absurdity that a person can not speak their mind anymore is just reaching astonishing levels

Had he worded the same message differently nobody would have said a thing. The PGA may have a discussion with him but nothing more than that.

I think you're overestimating the amount of people who literally live in houses made of glass.

Who is preventing him from saying what he wants to say? Who is throwing him in jail for his comments?

But this post wouldn't be complete without people whining about the liberal boogeyman. The media probably had something to do with it too.

This.

It is sad though that you will get boycotted for having a differing opinion than everybody else. People are looking for ways to be offended.

He has freedom of speech. They have the freedom to not do business with him.

He's not in jail facing prosecution for his comments.

Has no clue what the First Amendment says, but probably blames "intellectuals" for everything that's wrong with America.

I think Trump would tell them to pound sand if they tried to strong-arm him. This is the PGA not the NFL folks.

He'd tie them up in all sorts of litigation of they tried to come on hard against him.
