Will MLBN ever hire younger analysts?
Posted by King of New Orleans on 3/15/17 at 8:01 pm210
Seems like all their guys are older. I like the way ESPN has brought in younger guys during NFL season. I wish MLBN did this.

Are you serious? Most of their guys didn't retire that long ago. Cliff Floyd, Mark DeRosa, Eryc Byrnes, Sean Casey, Al Leiter, John Smoltz etc. either you're not paying attention or you're just dumb.

I feel like the ESPN guys are old as heck led by Tim Kurkjian. NFL has boring arse Bill Polian

And unlike ESPN, most of their guys can actually speak proper English. Off the top of my head Pedro is the only one who can't.
I'll listen to Brian Kenny blast backwards thinking baseball guys all day. MLBN > anything ESPN is putting out.

Wasn't the game the STL broke a team record by scoring a dozen runs in an inning?

I have been hoping they would finally ditch Kurkjian for years. He constantly talks about meaningless obscure stats that no one else cares about. I liked when they had Phillips and the former Blue Jays GM as analysts. I enjoy hearing former GM's give perspective you don't often get to hear.
