Josh Stewart WR Okie State
quote:
For Stewart, this is like two homecomings. His grandparents, who raised him since age 5, and Walsh’s family are here. Stewart spent so much time in the Walsh household that he is considered part of the family. When Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans in 2005, Stewart and his grandparents fled, settling near relatives in Denton. Before losing his home, Stewart lost his mother, father and older brother before he turned 6. His mother and brother were killed in a car accident when Stewart was a baby. His father was killed by an accidental gunshot. Stewart watched him die.

Seriously, I hate all of the sad stories before games and it seems like every day on SportsCenter.
I don't mind them sometimes, but they do it too much.

They think they might win an award not named after a coach. They're wrong.
