Why aren't there any major teams named after lions

****ok, I forgot about Detroit. And Penn State. Though I still doubt that fricking thing is supposed to be a real lion. Still, that's a massively small percentage of teams compared to all the Bulldogs,Tigers, and devils****
The only team at all I can think off the top of my head is Old Dominion.
