I can see Frank Gore type players on quite a few teams, but the rest of your list are all really fun to watch.

Favorite position in any sport to watch is quarterback though, and it's not even close. Watching any of the 4 elite passers is always a good time.
a few others: Adrian Peterson, Wes Welker, Ed Reed, Megatron, Darren Sproles (can't say he isn't fun to watch), any of the big time pass rushers or defensive stars in the NFL; Watt, Aldon Smith, Von Miller, JPP, Clay Matthews, Ware ( I especially love watching some good OLB/DE hybrids like some mentioned here)
