let's be honest, since both teams are STILL UNDEFEATED on their home floors going into MARCH, neither particularly wants to have to win at the other building...

Spurs are flying at 50-9 this season... any other year, that'd be an all-time great mark and they'd be prohibitive favorites for the title. that pace would see them end 69-13

the Warriors have to fire on all cylinders because the threat of having to go to San Antonio for game 7 of the WCF is too real... all it takes is one little mini slump or a random two week injury to Curry, something like that

SA will get credit in SA circles. This is the best start for any Spurs team in frachise history.

But the Warriors are on another level. Don't mind SA getting overshadowed (usually happens anyways )--what GS is doing is flat out historic.

Won't even mind too much if/when GS knocks the Spurs out of the playoffs. Just a tip of the cap--the credit belongs solely with the Dubs this year if things end as we all think they will.

Spurs wont even force a game 7 v GSW. Tbh that's a 5 game series IMO.

Rockets probably wouldn't force a Game 1 IMO.

Put it ya like this the rockets last year gave them a better series than Spurs will this year. Both will be 5 gamers but HOU coulda had the first two In the east bay. One possession games inside a minute. Spurs won't be that close.

Yup. Spurs are no more of a threat than OKC or lac is at best any of those teams is looking at a 1 in 10 chance to win the series.

Boom really has JJ dick envy. At first I thought it was rivalry. Then I thought it was a schtick. But I'm certain now he has serious dick envy.

Untrue

What IS true....if anyone on this board ever gives a modicum of credit to those dastardly Spurs for anything, that's your bat signal to swoop in

No. LAL only lost 1 game right? They will lose 2 or 3.

I'm more of a voice of reason kinda guy. Be it Spurs. Cavs. Grizz. Pels. When I see teams being misvalued I'll pop in and bring then back to an appropriate level.

How come you didn't pop into the Lebronf 5-65 thread in the last couple seconds of a game. Seems like you woulda been in that one trying to say that was a POor definition of clutch

You and reason parted ways a long time ago. Don't be the crazy ex. Reason walked out on you and ain't coming back

Yeah, boy you sure popped in and gave us some much-needed perspective on the Spurs' having the nerve to reach 50 wins (longest string of those ever in league history) the fastest of any Spurs team ever
