sample Wonderlic test
seems like a waste of time, I don't see where it is an indicater of how you will perform on the field.

It's to measure intelligence. And I'll be honest, if you can't come close to acing that thing, you're not the brightest bulb in a place where they sell light bulbs.

A sample Wonderlic test doesn't necessarily capture the essence of taking the real thing.

In today's sporting world, you have to be intelligent on and off the field.

I got 13 out of 15 and it took me 3 minutes. Was not hard at all.

I agree, but, it just seems the NFL would be better off doing a background check, looking at their transcripts and interviewing their peers. Physical Measurables and Character are more important than elementary trivia. Football knowledge and its application are just different than other types of decision making and problem solving.

Come on, dude, you know their transcripts won't tell you anything.

Mo Claiborne got a 4 out of 50

Part of the problem is whenever you see a "sample" Wonderlic, it typically is not reflective of the real test. A true Wonderlic is 50 questions to be answered in 12 minutes, and the difficulty of the questions go up as you complete it. Yes, the questions presented are easy as Hell...that's just reflective of the 1st 1/3 of the exam. My guess is if you can't do those questions within 90 seconds...you probably wouldn't finish an actual Wonderlic.
My guess is the NFL has a want for a standardized intelligence test that forces players to process information very quickly.
