Do you want him to go back down to FW and fight Aldo? Or dump the belt and complete the trilogy with Diaz?

Obviously the big money/interest fight is Diaz but the FW division has been in limbo for nearly 10 mths

FWIW I think the UFC and MMA needs this trilogy. It's almost taken on this Gatti-Ward status at this point (minus the friendship. Lol)

I'd rather see Aldo-Holloway and Diaz-Mcgregor 3

Then Mcgregor vs Aldo-Holloway winner

It was. Both guys battled and endured through some tough spots

Aldo deserves a rematch after the 200 performance

I agree but I think he'd still let Conor get in his head

time for Conor to get back to the real business at hand, which is either defending the 145 belt (if he can make the weight still) or drop that belt and start pursueing the 155 belt.

Enough of the sideshows for the time being. A 155 lb fight with Diaz can happen down the road when McGregors career stumbles in these other more important matters.

Same goes for Diaz. He needs to see where he is at in the 155 pecking order and take the next fight in that pursuit.

Maybe they will naturally collide at that weight but wouldn't do a rematch any time soon. Plenty of other big money and more career oriented fights out there for both at this point and they can keep that fight in their back pocket to pull it out at any point when they need career boosts or a big p[ayday.

I think he said he would go defend the belt and then fight Diaz again.

There is actually no reason for a third fight right now.

No belt changed hands and Connor needs to defend his belt or push for a title fight at 155.

If they do a 3rd fight a belt or a title fight should be at stake.
