I depends on how my pitcher is doing. 7th hole hitter lets down a bunt, then they walk the 8-hole to get to pitchers spot. If I'm piulling him, sure, pinch hit and take my chances. If he's dealing I let 7 and 8 hole guys hit.

Probably bunt if its gonna be hard to score runs and then pray for a fly out.
But it sucks to be dependent on your 8th and 9th batters to make something happen with one more out instead of your 7th.

Almost certainly swing away, but I'd like more info. Hitter, hitters due up, pitcher, benches, ballpark, etc.

I think you are pinch hitting here almost 99% of the time.
