What school in BR, or Louisiana for that matter have the best crowd/fan atmosphere? Im talking hundreds in the stands. Close to a SEC college game. I know the magnet schools in BR have a shitty sports program, but what about others? Catholic BR seemed to have good support.

Football? I imagine even a podunk town in the middle of north LA will have thousands in the stands

When I was in high school, Barbe used to put a pretty good amount of people in the stands. Heck, Kaplan puts a crowd in the stands. Hahnville used to be a pretty rowdy place. I think any school with a good football program is going to put a pretty good crowd in the seats. If you want to talk rivalries or playoffs, there are probably a lot of great schools to watch a game at. This is the south after all, and judging by the comments on this board, High School Sports mean A LOT to old men.
On the flip side, Ascension Catholic is terrible. They put no one in those stands.

The two all around best in Nola are BM and jesuit.

The bigger publics that are usually good like WM, Barbe, Acadiana, Destrehan, Hahnville, Dutchtown and some of the Northshore schools draw big crowds and travel.
Jesuit, BM, Rummel, St. Aug, St. Thomas More, Catholic High all have big followings.
WM gets my vote as the biggest and best fanbase but for it's size, Lutcher fans are as good as it gets...lots of them and they travel.
