What is the deadline for turning in a bracket?

I think the first game Thursday. Not having to pick the play in games makes them not count in my mind

Depends if your brackets does play in picks. If so, today, if not, noon on Thursday for most.

You have to pick everyone from the start. Otherwise you could honestly probably skip out until the elite 8 and win with like 7 right picks because the points are more for every round.

Ok....you can earn 960 points from the elite 8, final 4, and championship game if you get them all right. Someone won one of my groups with 780 last year. Someone who was a UConn homer and picked them to win the title won my other group with just over 1000. So you wait until everyone else gets their final four teams knocked out, and you still have 960 possible points. You pick those 7 games correctly, and you stole the group without making any bold picks. You could probably even miss an elite 8 game or two if you had them losing in the final four.

Note...this would only be effective on more upset prone years. Probably wouldn't work if UK won the tourney this year...but say UK loses in the sweet 16 and everyone had them going to the final, you could jump on a new teams bandwagon and win it.
