3 minutes of race followed by 10 minutes of commercials was enough to make me turn it off.

Wasn't just Rockingham. They left North Wilkesboro, took away a race from Darlington and changed the traditional date of the Southern 500. NASCAR's roots are in the Carolina's, but they made it clear that they'd rather abandon the communities who made stock car racing a regional obsession in an attempt to turn NASCAR into a national phenomenon.

All I know is that FS1 is killing it tonight with the Junior Johnson, Dick Trickle, and now Robbie Allison documentaries.
I know, one of those three don't fit. However, the later does. Robbie Allison is the son of the late Davey Allison and he is pursuing his destiny to be competing....not just competing, but winning in the Cup Series like his father and grandfather.

The communities weren't going to the races.
They improved the date for Darlington after the first move was pretty bad.
