What do you think of: "It was more about Ohio State's performance than TCU's"

that moved OSU up?
What does that even mean? It's weak and pathetic.

59-0 over #13 at a neutral site conf champ game would move a lot of teams up

59 point win over #13 > 55-3 win over a 2-10 team

I means they want that Ohio State money more.

1. they got a 13th win
2. they won a title game and their conference (they were not champs last week. they are today)
3. they got another win over a quality opponent
4. they answered any (stupid, mind you) questions about how they'd play with a 3rd string QB
5. they beat that arse

It means they based their decision on yesterday's results

Wisconsin's complete lay down last night was a travesty

Beating #13 59-0>Beating a 2 win team 55-3

are you implying that yesterday's results couldn't help OSU's resume?

quote:Um. . . tOSU beat down a ranked team in a conference championship. TCU beat another cupcake, 2-9 Iowa State. That's what it matters.
What does that even mean?

no. It means they incorporated yesterdays Conference Championship Games into each teams body of work.
FSU adds a ranked win vs G Tech
OSU adds a dominating ranked win vs Wisonsin
Baylor adds a ranked win vs K State
When you include those wins into each teams resume, they all deserve to jump TCU.

You all do realize this all about TV ratings and TV money.
TCU and Baylor never stood a chance against the other brand names in line for the playoff.

I just can't get past that bad loss to Virginia Tech.
Posted on 12/7/14 at 12:07 pm to EST
Ohio State beat Wisconsin so bad it knocked TCU behind Baylor. Duh.
Posted on 12/7/14 at 12:08 pm to EST
well it was the 1st start for a freshman QB. it was bad, though
if any fanbase should understand how winning a conference title game v. a good opponent can boost your rankings, it should be LSU's

So Ohio State's mauling of Wisconsin caused FSU and Baylor to leapfrog TCU? Makes perfect sense.

It means all day of every year from here to eternity, the powers to be will pick Ohio State over TCU. Why are we surprised?
