I didn't realize how much adversity he had to overcome to just get to play at Michigan, then earn the starting spot, then beat out Drew Henson who was the number one QB prospect in the nation and was promised to start at Michigan if he signed.
Drafted in the 6th round by the Pats, and in his 2nd year got the starting job after All-Pro QB Drew Bledsoe was injured and never again lost his starting position and has won 5 Super Bowls.
The dude is legit one of the greatest if not the greatest QB's of all time.

A lot of guys, I hated them but after a long time I grew to respect and even like them. Reggie Miller, Kobe, Peyton, etc.
Then some guys I liked at one time but then they pissed me off somehow. KD, Vick, Arod, etc.
But I thought a lot about it and above anyone else I can think of, I have always always hated that dickhead Curt Schilling.

I wasn't an NBA fan at all growing up and thought Michael Jordan was a huge dickhead. I didn't realize that that part of his personality was conducive to him being the GOAT.
