Its not been officially released in form yet but McNeese is up to 15, up seven spots. Southeastern is still ranked also. Coastal drops to 3 NDSU moves to 2. MVC has 6, CAA has 5, and Sky has 4.

Three teams ended long losing streaks...

Columbia--24 games
Savannah State--24 games
Davidson--15 games

Columbia was since 2012 (24 games). Savannah St was 24, but theirs was last week I just noticed it and Davidson won also ending 15 games.

Here it is...

My thoughts, they did not punish teams as bad as they should have. Villanova and Liberty need to be out and Portland State should may have been moved higher. Will Jax St be top overall? I do not think they will be when seeding comes, due to OVC. Not sure what they are thinking about Sam St. unless they are waiting for McNeese game to move one of the two to top 8. I think the top 4 will be NDSU, JMU, Coastal, Jax St. in that order.

Games of the week in my opinion...

16 Montana State (3-2) @ 17 Portland St. (4-1) Winner is probably in the playoffs.

7 SDSU @ 11 Youngstown for a home game, both teams will make the playoffs but will have the extra game

15 McNeese @ UCA, UCA is second in SLC right now and if they win they may sneak around and get in playoffs.

McNeese just needs to take care of business in Conway and then the Sam Houston St. game will decide the conference title, yet again.

Southland is pretty garbage though.

It is top heavy this year for sure, the Sky may be better overall this year. Almost like the Gateway used to be. They would beat each other but UNI and Youngstown/SIU/WIU would take turns being okay.

Montana is a disgrace.

Southern Utah went on the road and beat Weber State 44-0.

Then the Griz lose to Weber at home.

It was 2013 the last time the 2 played, also in Conway. Apparently they alternate home and away each year, regardless of whether you play or not. Stupid. Game should be in Lake Charles. They have come to Lake Charles 3 times since moving up to FCS, and only 1 time in the last 4 meetings. That's BS.

How is the Southland considered bad this year when 3 teams are ranked? I don't understand that.

Southeastern is overrated and bottom 6 teams in the conference are a combined 8-25

Look at the bottom of most conferences though. Not to mention on of those bottom teams is SFA, who has played 3 teams at the top of the league, TCU, and Northern Arizona. Not a bad schedule.

No doubt the bottom of the league is bad, but so is any other league. That's why I don't understand why the conference keeps adding garbage. Houston Baptist and Incarnate Word just gave us 2 more of Nicholls. Get rid of those 2, keep Abilene. Too many teams in the conference. It makes the conference look worse when you have 3 teams that range from 7 to 9 losses in Conference.

Plus, you do realize that 15 of those losses are in conference, right? And the Top 5 in conference have 4 losses against FBS teams. Not that bad in my opinion.

I think the top half is still very good. Conference as a whole gets drug down by the dumpster fires at the bottom.
