What an awful playoffs.

Worst I can remember in over a decade, tbh. And not just because SA is about to get swept. Just no challengers to the contenders in either conference.

OKC would have been great to push GS again this year if KD had stayed, and of course the injuries didn't help SA one bit.

Yeah last year was so much better in the West. The Spurs, Warriors, or Thunder all could have made the Finals. The Thunder were god mode Klay away from winning it, and at least Toronto took two games off of Cleveland.

Both teams gonna be 4-4-4 to the Finals.

of course Golden State's is a fake 4-4-4 because they should have lost a couple games to San Antonio.

And Cleveland's 4-4-4 has * what with it being AAA and all.

After watching his injury every time Livingston does some good it makes you smile, wince and get a little sad about what could have been.

Thought we lost the kid for good when he caught the Clipper curse out of high school.
He really did make a remarkable comeback & is a prototypical backup PG any team would benefit from

Golden State's schedule has been just as easy if not easier...

GS 1st round = 41-41 portland team

Cavs 1st round = 42-40 Pacers team.

Gs 2nd round = 51-31 Utah who dealt with injuries

Cavs 2nd round = 51-31 Raptors team

GS 3rd round = Much better conference finals team. Too bad 2 of their top 3 players (one being an MVP candidate) were injured.

Cavs 3rd round = 53-29 Celtics team who was a overrated and also lost their MVP candidate middle of the 2nd game.

Both the teams haven't really been tested but to pretend GS had the harder path to being undefeated is just dumb.

portland lost their center for majority of it. the same center that turned their whole season around and got them into playoff contention.

their DPOY candidate and anchor was far from his usual self.

GS has been insanely lucky the last 3 years in the playoffs. Constantly playing injured teams while not dealing with any major injuries themselves

This is by design by the next generation faces of the league
They want to weaken the few legit competitors, while enhancing the 2 already good teams

It's just sad to see from a competition standpoint. Guys like KD care about their legacy, but omit the fact that people will never forget the shortcuts they took to get there

At least San Antonio ain't going out like bitches that Boston is.

Down 3 rotation players, including their starting PG and best player, they gave everything they had last night.

Are you talking about Nurkic? They did play considerably better when he came to Portland. Unfortunately, he only managed to play one game and 16 minutes, 40 seconds again GSW. They were +8 in that time, and -80 in the other 175 minutes, 20 seconds.

Nurk came back a little but was hardly even 70% would have been a great series if he didn't get hurt
