The one at NYNY isn't very good to watch games at but it's real small and almost never has a line. Mandalay Bay is huge and very busy.

Nicest is Lagasse Stadium at the Palazzo but it's hard to get a seat, and it's expensive. Largest is LVH. Best odds usually are at Aria.

Caesars is overrated. Try the one in Venetian

The Venetian/Palazzo has two. Lagasse's being one, but as someone said, that is really plush and could be hard to get a seat. Not to mention, its more expensive to drink/eat here and there's a minimum tab.

The big giant one is the Race and Sports book, which is this thing:

There's a bar off to the left with seating as well.

There is another bar (Bourbon Room I think) or whatever nearby that has a bunch of TVs that may be easier to watch the game at.

Listen to a Vegas native.

Avoid Caesar's/Bellagio. Can't believe people are recommending those shitholes for sports books. If you are prepared to pay the casino hosts to sit, yeah it might be a good place. If you don't want to have to pay to sit down, there are better options. Why pay to sit down at a sportsbooks where there are others where you can sit for free?

As far as making bets is concerned, you can't beat the LVH Superbook. They have the most betting options, best lines, sometimes -105 lines, and the most parlay/teaser cards. Best place to make bets.

LVH sucks as far as watching games are concerned, because the place smells like a public restroom and the clientele is a mix of a biker convention and a nursing home. The cocktail waitresses are old and ugly, and all of the local broke gambling degens hang out there and are really weird. Too many characters.

My favorite place to watch games(NOT BET) are Mandalay Bay and MGM Grand. Of course like any sports book, get there early to make sure you have a seat and have your bets placed the night before. But neither place has Casino Hosts that make you pay to sit.

Mandalay Bay has the best ventilation, and smells like pina colada in there. Air is clean. Large book, large screens and lots of seating options. Seats are more like college desks and aren't that comfortable, but there are enough to where you won't be standing.

MGM Grand is smaller and is a horseshoe shape, but if you get there early enough you will get comfortable chairs.

My favorite place to go during the week is Treasure Island, as it is small and cozy with a great staff, but too small to go to on weekends.

Mirage can be good, but a bit too limited on seating options so on the weekends it can get crowded.

All of the Cantor books make you pay to sit on Saturdays/Sundays. Cantor Books are Hard Rock, Palms, Venetian, Palazzo, Cosmo, and M. But during the week they are another favorite due to the red rolling chairs, personal TVs and high tech screens. Also like the Rio on Weekdays.

Long story short, place your bets at LVH the night before and get up early to get a seat at Mandalay or MGM.

i went and liked the Imperial Palace sportsbook.

was huge, and plenty of seating. sure it was old, but it was a sportsbook. i went to harrahs and a couple others and it was a room the size of a masterbedroom.

i know they renamed themselves and did a fix over.

When the ncca tourney is on, they put the games on the theater screen. but its been a while since ive been there.

Plus you can laugh at the dealertainers.

Like i said, it is old school sportsbook. its about betting, not glitz and glamor. I was there in 2006

I went to load up on Bradley +330 vs KU.

Avoid the Cosmopolitan. It's about the size of my living room. I know the Hilton will have odds on games that others won't, like a BCS FBS school vs a FCS school.

WTF? I've been to both sportsbooks more times than I can count and I've never paid to sit. And both are ten times better than the small, cramped MGM, IMO.

One good thing at the Bellagio is you can drink for just paying tips. Caesars, MGM and many others you have to bet and have bet tickets, else you have to pay for your drinks.

Bellagio is great. The local is mistaken.

Venetian, Aria, Wynn, Palazzo are all great.

Also Mirage.

Treasure Island might still serve free booze but not sure

Damn tourists. Go off the strip and you get better odds. Took LSU with 50-1 odds to win the National Championship at Aliante. The off strip places try to target the locals who know better than to go to the strip.
