They predict the Broncos to finish ranked #5 and have them as a possible CFB Playoff team if everything goes right.

quote:

Projected order of finish (WITH 1-128 RANKING)

MOUNTAIN 1. Boise State (No. 5) 2. Utah State (No. 42) 3. Air Force (No. 68) 4. Colorado State (No. 73) 5. New Mexico (No. 81) 6. Wyoming (No. 94)

WEST 1. San Diego State (No. 48) 2. Nevada (No. 80) 3. Fresno State (No. 97) 4. San Jose State (No. 105) 5. Hawaii (No. 105) 6. UNLV (No. 126)

quote:

Best case: The Broncos defeat Washington, Brigham Young and Virginia in September, sweep through conference play, win the title game and earn a spot in the College Football Playoff.

If they go undefeated, I have no problem with them getting in over a two loss conference champ.

How many SEC or PAC teams would win the Big Ten? That didn't help Bama or Oregon, did it?

There are a lot of SEC teams that could win the Big Ten... OSU got on a great run... But throughout the season LSU,Bama,AU,UGA would win the big ten..... NOW...How many teams in the big ten could win the SEC???????

Boykin won't win the Heisman and TCU won't win the Big XII IMO

I'm not sure, but you also missed the point where I specifically said two losses. Of course, all things being equal, TCU should go ahead of Boise. If, however, TCU can't avoid two losses in the Big 12 they don't deserve a spot ahead of undefeated Boise. I'd say the same thing about Ohio State if they lost twice with their schedule.

Try better.

Don't tell me. You're helping me make my point. Side note, there is one or maybe two Big Ten teams that could win the SEC, but I only care about one.

You also need to remove that "would". Every single one of those four teams would immediately be competitive, but Ohio State and Michigan State wouldn't roll over either.

Never said they would... But playing an SEC schedule taking a beating week after week against better talent will take its toll......

What helps Boise this year is they miss SDSU in regular season and play tough conference games at home.

The MWCCG may be a great game if it's Boise and SDSU.

The board will make fun of the B1G because IU is going to make a bowl this year. They hopefully get Sunderfeld back for whole year. I think he's the best QB in B1G. If he doesn't get hurt they're in a bowl game easily. Diamanté made Jordan Jefferson look like Tom Brady.
