I wonder why you don't see more fire sales in football like you do in baseball. With the NFL's salary cap system, it seems like a great way to rebuild quickly by acquiring draft picks and freeing up cap space.

NFL trades are extremely rare because teams know if you're trying to trade him, then you will likely just end up cutting him eventually any way so why give anything up for them?
Also it's much much easier to assimilate a baseball player in a lineup than it is to get a football player up to speed. Baseball players don't have 200 page playbooks and drastically different schemes

I don't think so. If they were going to get rid of him, it would've happened at the end of camp
I think we've just had some injuries at Linebackers behind our starters and so they want some depth
They tried bringing back Spikes until he fricked up so they just picked up Spikes lite
