University of Cincinnati question for the Ohio folks...

Why is it that UC plays a majority of their national tv games in Paul Brown when they have an on campus stadium which can't be more than a few miles away? Do they not have the capabilities to handle that influx for cameras in Nippert? I'd rather put my team in front of a 20k crowd on campus than Paul Brown...

They are renovating Nippert.

Thats cool - it had just been kind of common to see UC playing in Paul Brown over the last couple of years. Didn't make sense to me.

They play big games there to make more money.
But nippert will be done next year. It's supposed to be nice upgrade.

He didn't have the stomach for the SEC.
He actually did commit to LSU but later committed to Notre Dame

Yeah, the QB is from NOLA, RB from Bastrop. Just weird to see a couple of LA boys playing in Ohio like that.

I went to UC. Yeah, Nippert is being renovated. It isn't the nicest/biggest stadium but it was pretty cool/unique. Right in the middle of campus. Open to public. So any random day where there isn't a game going on, you could just go and sit in the stadium or even go out onto the field and play some touch football, throw the frisbee, etc. Not sure if the renovation will change that
