Good pickup. I didn't even notice that

What's the big take away from the letter? Will it help calm the fanbase down?

IMO, it will calm them down some regarding this project at least. I don't think Farmer can do anything at this point to save his reputation though.

Didn't say anything new. People on ESPN for the regional were saying it was gonna be $17 million so it's bullshite that they're acting like this is a new number. They just got a bridge loan, thanks Midsouth Bank. The NTP (notice to proceed) has been delivered to Lemoine but they didn't have any of the equipment because we hadn't paid them anything yet

Hopefully construction starts Monday. They'll have about 6 months to work on it.

Yeah the guys on the UL message board are still pretty hot. Farmer has pretty much lost his die hards.

The school released a statement, but so far, no new action at the stadium by Lemoine.

Supposed to be starting soon. They didn't have the equipment rented because they got the NTP on Friday afternoon. Hope they get going soon.

Has any source revealed if the money is there for the whole 17MM?

Let's say they received a loan for 7, plus the 3 in the bank, that's 10. Probably enough to issue a NTP, but not enough to finish the job.

Could be a problem.

No, I haven't heard anything being confirmed. I feel like people would be melting down if it was leaked that we didn't have full funding though.

If Lemoine got the NTP on Friday, I would imagine they would get started soon. Fingers crossed
If anyone can fast track a project, it would be Lemoine.

The guy who had everything else right said they received the NTP on Friday. I'm hoping to see action Monday.

If they got approval Friday the rental equipment could have been there sat morning if need be. I'm in that industry and with Lemoine, you bend over backwards for their business.

If nothing happens this week, get ready for a firestorm
