Well if they continue to dominate through the playoffs, they may end up being the best team ever.
Clearly we can't accurate argue one way or the other until the postseason, but it's not completely out of the question.

Sportscenter used to have a segment in the 2005 season where analysts predicted how USC would do against the best teams in history. Texas obviously won that year.
During the 2003 season, Beano Cook said Oklahoma was one of the top 10 teams ever (I think he had them at 5, pending how they performed in the national championship game). We know how that turned out.

It's weird... they are undefeated and dominant but I just don't feel like they are THAT good.
They seem beatable to me it's just that there are no other really good teams.

Who has this bama team beaten? Everyone they played early that was highly ranked turned out to be hot garbage.
That defense is really good. But the best Qb they played was Kelly for a horrible OM team. Hell Arkansas put up 30 on them.
And hurts is a turnover machine. If one of these teams can just combine a good defense with a good qb then its a ballgame.
