Well she signed with the UFC back in May and they're paying a nutritionist to help her cut down.

I wouldn't be surprised if Ronda was packing too.

Nah, Ronda at least looks like a woman. An angry one, but she's feminine. Cyborg has probably grown a babydick with all the juice.

Cyborg can drop the weight. I just shed 44lbs in around 8 weeks w/o doing any training. Just cut calories and pounded water. Was 22% of my body mass. She can drop another 10-15lb no sweat.

I'm now to a point where I can start doing roadwork w/o risking joint injury and should be able to get back to running 5 miles a day. Got the depression weight off and building the stamina back up to put in workouts like back in the day as they say.

Comparing yourself to a juiced up pro athlete is where you went wrong. Extra muscle =/= extra fat.

I don't care to see Rousey vs Cyborg.

Cyborg has juiced and HGH'd herself almost out of the human species.

frick that sentiment. I want to see the best fights. if cyborg can make weight and pass the tests they should fight. the ufc is full of fighters that have taken ped's in the past. for some reason cyborg is the one that catches the most flack over it.

I get that. If she's cutting 20lbs of water weight and only getting to 150. Then you reduce caloric intake increase cardio output and stay in a calorie deficient state until she's down to 150 and cut from there.

She can't cut from 180 to 135. She could cut from 150 to 135 like what Ronda does.

Depression is a mf'r dude. Good luck. Set little benchmarks everyday. Tiny accomplishments will multiply into something greater.

Don't be afraid to be an a-hole and cut people and influences out of your life and say F U to anything that drags you down w/ it.

Even better, I'm about to start as well. My only exposure to date is through bjj.

I have learned some bjj briefly then once our field training picked up I had to quit.

I did learn some army combatives through a friend of mine when I had down time during my Afghanistan deployment.

I'm just about settled in east Texas. I've found a few places but only two that offer bjj and judo. The closest one to me offers bjj for 75 a month. The instructor incorporates takedowns and he's a relson Gracie brown belt

As for my thoughts.

From a beginners perspective bt bjj and judo, I felt more spent doing judo than bjj. Now that may be because I haven't exercised consistently in a year. I do feel that judo requires more power than bjj but that's just my opinion.

From an energy perspective definitely incorporate cardio that would require power output.

Thanks for the input. I'm dealing with a little person that's obsessed with judo. One of the best teachers out here just opened his school to adults. I can train at the same time as her.

From what I've observed parents do enjoy watching their little ones do judo
