Looks like an MCL sprain, should be out 4-6 weeks per Sirius Fight Club. This is disappointing

and it looks like the penn/diaz fight will only be 3 rounds b/c BJ doesn't want a 5 rounder. definitely a blow to 137, and 138 is looking like the shittiest card of the year....poor brits.

lol, I'm sorry BJ....didn't mean to insult your shitty cardio. I'm sure the fighters have no say in the matter (even though Diaz's camp has made it clear they want a 5 round fight with BJ), but it'd be retarded for BJ to accept that. He signed on for a 3 round fight and would be at a huge disadvantage against Diaz if it went 5. Don't be naive
eta just to clarify: I shouldn't have insinuated in my first post that it won't be a 5 rounder simply b/c BJ doesn't want it. Again, it's not up to the fighters (although that contradicts my first post), but I highly doubt BJ would ever agree to something like that....even though he has fought in a shitload of 5 round (scheduled) fights throughout his career.

In what way? Name recognition or entertainment? Because I'm pretty even most people that didn't get to go to the fights agreed that it was an exciting card, although I definitely agree it could have used some more big names.
By the way, has anyone heard whats next for Belcher? He was a legit contender for Anderson's belt before his injury and one of my favorite fighters. I hope he fights a top 3 or 4 guy next.

bj looked super fat in the countdown clips i saw. no way he wanted 5 rounds. Still, Cesar Gracie is a punk as always for running his mouth about BJ freaking Penn. Dude should be locked in a cage with Frank Shamrock as punishment.
