I decided to stop watching the so-called "sports news channel" or viewing their site and I haven't missed out on any sports highlights or topics I'm interested in.

Thanks in part to the MSB too.

I'm just tired of sifting through the ESPN bullshite to get the highlight or stories that are about sporting events.

I see alot of bitching about ESPN on here, so instead of watching or listening to that shite, go elsewhere for your sports news. Plenty to choose from.

I'm kind of the opposite, I broke my ESPN boycott just to see how New Orleans is portrayed on their shows.

I haven't watched ESPN as well. Not deliberately, just happened that way. Things are all well.

Haven't watched ESPN for anything other than live sports and ESPNFC Press Pass (mostly foreigners) since 10 January 2012.

i only watch sporting events, no shows, no sportscenters, etc

havent seen a sportscenter in 8 years, and i used to be a 24 hour espn guy. just a rubbish network with zero integrity.

Yeah, I understand the live sports part. That is what they are really supposed to be about and highlights.

But, hell, that channel is becoming a bunch of Oprah, Maury type of sports talk shows.

The 30 for 30 series are pretty good.

I guess I mean their "sportcenters", talk shows, and radio shows are just pure shite.

If I want to get news or an Op-ed type view, I go elsewhere.

Their "sports programming/content" has gone to shite.

It's just the reality. If you're old enough to remember the beginning thru the 90's you might understand just how low this network has sunk.

First Take is hideous. The two Mike's are terrible, yet their shite gets replayed.

Bring back Wide World of Sports!!!

I stopped with ESPN earlier this year after Mike and Mike interrupted the program for some "Breaking News"....that turned out to be about the Jets 3rd string QB

I quit watching ESPN around 2010. I started seeing the bullshite in them when they covered the 2008 presidential election like it was the fricking NBA finals or something

I haven't watched ESPN outside of an LSU for going on three years, but I also don't have cable, so it's pretty easy not to watch it.

Other than live sports, there is nothing interesting or worth watching on ESPN. Who cares who predicts whom to win? It's all speculative sausage and meaningless crap.
