Down 5 -0 late, Wave rallies to win game 2 in Malibu 9-5. 13 hits again today and 9 runs again. New staff has them playing loose and aggressive.

Very enjoyable, this new baseball staff looks to be as good as advertised.

I was wondering how Tulane was doing in sports.

the new coach was an excellent hire. It is early, but this is a big series win. we have talent, I just think they were all terrified of Jones in the last few years. I am actually excited again for the first time in years.

You do obviously, since you took time out of your day to comment.

I do know that several players over the years considered him to be an a-hole (not in a motivating way).

Best hire for Tulane since Tommy Bowden. I'm surprised Rick Dickson pulled it off.

i'm guessing he wants to go to rice in a few years, but if he turns us into a winner, maybe he stays. also, CUSA is horrid, I get that the American is not great, but Rice might be in for a decline just as a result of their affiliation. Hopefully we can keep him awhile
