Which drive was the game winning drive? They needed 24 points to win.

The one at the end when Dallas was down 23-20 and had a 3rd and 20 against the defending Super Bowl champion Seahawks at their stadium that they've only lost one game at in 2 seasons with an Pro bowlers at all 4 starting secondary positions.
Then Romo made the play of the game hitting Williams to convert then drove down the field to win the game

Tony Romo does not deserve the hate that he gets, and is underrated because of it. That being said, I think he does make enough mistakes (as does the rest of the team) that a comeback is necessary more often than the top tier QBs.
