Time to Reflect - Best Players You Played Against

I know this thread gets done once a year but I always enjoy it and I haven't seen it in a while. So lets all put on our Letterman jackets and take a trip down Memory Lane.
For me in baseball, Murfreesboro Oakland had two players, Jeremy Slayden and Brennan King. Slayden was a masher and King was as smooth as a player as I have ever seen outside of being a professional.
In basketball, I faced Wesley Morgan (Galatin to Miss St.), Ernest Shelton (Alabama) and Dane Bradshaw (Tennessee) who both played for Memphis White Station in the state tournament. We contained Shelton but he still had 20+ points. Bradshaw was a freshman that we hadn't scouted at all and he killed us. Also faced Mario Moore (Antioch to Vanderbilt) in the state tournament. Scrimmaged against David Harrison (Brentwood Academy to Colorado to Pacers). I remember him catching a ball at the high post taking one step and just throwing one down. Ingle Martin was also on that team.
And I will throw in a bonus- As a kid I went to a David Lipscomb basketball camp and Oliver Simmons was there. Followed him from that time on, he was in high school at the time and that guy could absolutely fill it up. I believe he went to UK before transferring to Florida St.
Who you got?

When I was a sophomore I was on the scout team at DE up against our left tackle who ended up playing for Arkansas. He steamrolled me every day all year

I thought Martin was an MBA boy, not Brentwood Academy.
Gerald Riggs was the best I played against.

Football: The two most prolific guys I ever played against would have to be Trindon Holliday and Joe McKnight. It was dumbfounding watching those two with the ball in their hands. Another was Charles Scott just because he was a man amongst boys.
Basketball: Storm Warren and Greg Monroe, I have never felt so helpless in the paint. Storm would go through me one time down then circle me the next. Greg could back the whole team down inside the paint.

You may be right. I just remember going to Memorial and scrimmaging a couple of private schools there cause Vandy was scouting a few players. Football was obviously his sport, but he was good in basketball as well. I just remember him draining 3's on us.

The best was Gabe Northern.
I also lined up across from Chuck Willey all game.
In high school Gabe was twice the player Chuck was.
