-They lost alot of great coaches this offseason
-There are alot of players from last year in the NFL right now
-Maybe expectations and pressure got to them
-You may never see this again
-How could this happen against a USC defense?
-"They have problemths with running quarterbackths" (Dr. Lou)

Things not said by ESPN crew tonight:

-USC was overrated
-USC has now lost to a below average team and been blown out by a good team

That Oregon was as loud as SEC schools (with their 59,000).

That Texas was better than Alabama and should move ahead of them in the rankings even though Alabama did not play.

Not USC game related but the guy on Sportscenter just said that "we're seeing dozens of guys' helmets flying off this year in college football".

That's ridiculous.

except not true. No running QB has had a good game on SC since VY until tonight

Horrible defensive coaching, losing a ton of talent, and poor conditionind program are the main issues right now. Fairly obvious

Carroll blew his NC shot last year, when he had by far the most NFL talent in the country and blew it

That was even his evidence for his great anaylsis. He said something like "remember a guy named Vince Young"

How ignorant...that was a completely different team...all different players.

That's like saying Notre Dame can't handle the single wing because Fordham took it to them 60 years ago.

its amazing the amount of respect they get in comparison to say LSU earlier this season when all we ever heard from the "analysts" were how overrated LSU was and we really arent that good

these supposed professionals have been completely blinded by the stars that USC has and not looked at the product on the field, which has been nothing more than average all year

It really is fricking amazing how they were the NC game hopeful darkhorse coming into this game. What did they do to deserve such lofty praise?

They always have IMO

Their defense just isn't set up to defend against that

USC must be giving out free blow jobs or something. All I know is that the line is reaaaally long.

To be fair, USC has been a dominate program since 02 or so. It's not like it's all hype. They deserve praise. They probably just get a lot more love than they deserve because of the program's history and they have a huge media market to pander to.

yep......herbie was giving the excuses throughout the game but this team can play with anyone. Oregon isn't a fricking joke!!!!

The only difference is the amount of dui's given in oregon and the cajun food (except at my tailgate). Oregon hands out dui's like candy!

I have been to TS and Autzen......pound for pound Autzen wins. Give Autzen 40k more and it isn't a contest.........fact!!!!

btw.........Autzen has been rated a top ten most intimidating place to play for years. It has been the toughest place to play in the pac ten for 15 years.....even before the 15k expansion!

with a true freshman QB and replacing both coordinators its more than fricking amazing it was a lie or a lazy arse pick. they could lose 4 games this year and easily could have lost to OSU and ND (but they didn't....i know)

Did they mention that USC gave up more offensive yards last night than the Saints have had in a single game this year?
