Yeah my opinion of the program changed a lot today. This guy might actually have a shot to turn this around.

Charlie's a good guy and a good coach, he had a ton of bad breaks at Texas, hopefully he can get it turned around.

same here. after all they've been through this year, he gets them to fight like crazy and beat a top ten team. then the first person the players want to celebrate is him. that was really cool to see.

I was talking to a local coach(Former B1G player) and he said a lot of AD's and School presidents root for a guy like Strong.
Strong has proven he could win with out the shitheads that the top programs need. He has rules and if u do not follow, your gone. He got rid of guys for shite that Meyer/Miles/Saban/etc wouldn't of suspended a Half for.

He has that good of a reputation, and everyone understands there was a lot of resistance getting him to Texas.

It takes a pretty good coach to get the most out of his team after the game they had last week and sitting at 1-4 going against a top 10 team.
