Didn't he vehemently deny doing shite like this a year or 2 ago?

This could ruin him, only if more comes out though.

Even if he does vouch for guys though based on relationships, you would think NFL teams would have a competent enough scouting system to know who is good and who isn't. I always thought the Kipers and McShays of the world were strictly for the fans.

Who cares how old it is? I'm sick of posts saying "Mel kiper just said"

And it didnt take a genius to figure out this was happening before 2010

I didn't even bother looking at the date, thought this story had come up again.

It's not, but I wanted to remind the Mel kiper crowd

NTM that if teo sells, ESPN will tell him to talk up teo. Same goes for any player

I know it's shitty, but why does it matter? If an NFL team's player personnel department puts more stock into Mel Kiper mock drafts than their own research, let them make stupid arse mistakes.

I didn't know ESPN was in charge of every teams' front office.

I don't think it matters, but I want people who post Mel kiper tidbits to know.

I'm not saying he has influence inside offices but he does have the ability to give increased exposure to players that does have value to agents. Scouts cant possibly be in the know about every single player. NFL teams aren't all powerful. They do have morons working for them. That's why some teams are stuck in perpetual blowage

I'm pretty sure saying "I don't shill for anyone" is an immediate admission of guilt

Mel shouldve gone the Gucci Mane route

"Have you taken any kickbacks from agents to hype up prospects"

"Bitch i might have!"

Plus I love how people are overlooking the fact that kiper can definitely help agents land clients.
