I guess it makes sense that you adjusted for inflation based on the value of a dollar. And that is interesting.

But it would be more interesting if you adjusted for inflation in basketball contracts.

And I don't get why this list counts future earnings. That's kind of stupid. And count me in the crowd that can remember when J. O'neal was a top 5 ish caliber player. He had a few year run when he was a legit superstar. He fell off big time but he definitely had his day.
