Their "hall of fame " starting RB had a serious injury. Their starting QB had a serious injury. Diggs just got hurt. Trade a first round pick to Los Angeles for Sam Bradford.

They are the only undefeated team in the NFL with what we would normally call a bottom 5 NFL offense. Is Sam Bradford a lot better or is that defense just the most dominant unit in the NFL?

If you give him time in the pocket he can tear you apart. He has the arm talent it's just that he's such a statue back there.

They have built a stifling defense, which takes a ton of pressure off the offense.

Bradford doesn't have to a hero.

I remember before Mike Zimmerman got hired, there was a lot of semi-quiet buzz around him in NFL circles, but for some reason he just could never land a head coaching gig. It always seemed to be the old "he doesn't interview well" routine, but the Vikings definitely struck gold.

I don't disagree at all. Perhaps I wasn't clear. I meant that the pressure isn't on him to force plays, like it was in St. Louis.

I've loved him since he was on hard knocks. The guy is the protype for a-hole football coach that is somehow lovable.

He was probably hitting smelling salts and chewing dip during the interview

Bradford is a solid QB given a little time in the pocket. With a solid D to fall back on the kid can be top tear talent. I enjoy watching this team.

They're a cute story but will finish 11-5 and might not even win the North

He never had anybody to throw too and the line play was always terrible there.
