yea, well i'm sure the Rangers aren't the only team dominating the Astros since their inception.
the Houston franchise has been dismal almost every year of it's existence. a mediocre year is way above average for the Astros.
they have had terrible leadership for an extended period of time. think of the Cincinatti Reds. but even they had the big red machine.
