the rams are in a spot where Arizona Cardinals and Chicago Blackhawks were.
Until their owners died or turned over control to their sons, they were never going to win anything, ever. Bidwell sr and Bill Wirtz were cheap asses who liked $$$ over winning.

Only reason he can't screw Arsenal up more, is because they have a board who runs the Team. and he only holds like 4 or 5 of the seats, so he cannot wield 100% power.

He had money, but married one of Waltons daughters.
Now he makes a shite load of money, buying property, and then leasing the property to his In Laws to build a Wal Mart. So he's maken money on both ends. leasing to wal mart and his wife owning pieces of wal mart.
