And they started the season strong, but Cousins got hurt and they lost games when he was out.

Kings management is terrible.
As a Big West fan it sucked to see UCSB alum Brian Shaw fail so bad in Denver. Who knew he couldn't relate to players?

The regular season is 9 months then 2 months for playoffs bc 24 teams make postseason.

It is bull that 54% of the league makes the playoffs. Make it like MLB and have the play in series be a 3 game series.

Only way I would agree with letting less teams in is if they dropped the conferences and based it on the best records.
Dropping them from the current set up would just leave behind 2 really good Western conference teams.
People always bitch about it when discussing the NBA, but no one seems to mind that the NHL has the same set up.
The NBA is making good steps on improving the playoffs already this year by removing the significance of winning your division imo.
