while true, does that give him a lifetime position? No matter what? Very few people succeed in the NFL for more than 10 years in one place. How many have won with multiple QBs? 2009 was special and should always be remembered, but resting on past accomplishments will get you 6-10 wins, if you are cool with that, then by all means make the coach untouchable.
