And to be honest, we played like shite. Need to play a lot better next week in Dallas.

Been watching the matches in London. Good stuff, my first exposure to watching the game where it's popular.

It was a sloppy game by y'all's standards. But y'all are also missing a lot of players, as were we.

Still, you got a lot of good coaching moments, which will help. Just beat TexAg next week and it's all good.

Do any of ya'll have any info on youth participation? Seems that would be key for growth in the US. I know my sons high school team has doubled in size the past two years. We're gonna have a varsity and a JV team this year!

Once you learn a little about it, it's a very interesting game to watch!
I have friends that play. I went to USA 7's in las vegas last year and loved it. Granted it's a lot different from the full squad games, I really enjoyed it. I'm going back this year in January, can't wait. -- And the Rugby post parties kick ace. Makes me wish I wasn't an old cripple so I could play.

Thanks. I want to become more knowledgeable on a national level. The sport is great!

My kid told me when he was a freshman "Soccer is a gentlemen's sport played by hooligans. Rugby is a hooligans sport played by gentlemen."

I've been hooked!

Scotland is fricking horrible.

Currently watching my recording of the Wales-Argentina match (had only heard it on the radio before). Argentina sure has fallen off from their WC 3rd place run. I loved that squad during that run. Sucks that they've fallen off so much. But, the current squad is really young.

In Aviva Prem news, is it ok to admit that Northampton are gonna win it this year?

In other news, Saracens now have models:

That Scotland squad is coming to Houston to play team USA, in June
I think the Eagles have a chance!

... So when I glanced at the French Barbarians - Samoa match I noticed some half naked cheerleaders dancing
Is that a thing over there

The problem for their squad is their players are all spread out. Most of them play in the Top 14 in France which has a very long season so combined with their international test obligations they have the most brutal schedule of any international squad. There's lot's of talk of Argentina getting a team in Super Rugby, I think that would help them tremendously.

Saw most of the matches this weekend England vs New Zealand lived up to it's billing, great game.

Looking forward to France vs South Africa next weekend.
