Mine are simple on both accounts. And their has been some very good QB's for the Cowboys.

Best: Roger Staubach

Hall of Fame, always knew you were winning with him. Non Cowboys fans hated him because he was that good.

Worst: Babe Laufenberg

Kitna and Hutchinson give Laufenberg a run. As would Stephen McGee, but it's Laufenberg without question.

They were all before my time, so it's hard to say.

Dan Marino

David Woodley

(I don't count the Doug Pederson's of the world that were backups by design that got thrown into starting roles because of injury.)

Brees

Merkens (lolzy that he started a game at QB)

Somebody's gotta be a Green Bay fan here. Best?

Btw, Plunkett has 2 Super Bowls to Stabler's 1. And Plunkett has a Super Bowl MVP, so I'm sticking with Plunkett.

Saints... well that's obvious.

My other favorite team, the Texans:

Worst- David Carr
Best- Matt Schaub

Now that's sad...

And Stabler played against the best Defense ever yearly

I think Lamonica has 2 AFL champs.

I'm not disagreeing just was asking if you thought of those guys.

I think the interesting ones will be the Giants, Eagles, Packers, and Bears.

Worst: tough call. Given the draft order, probably Joey Harrington. Chuck Long and Andre Ware are up there.

I can see arguments for the others no doubt. During my lifetime it would be Rich Gannon.

How long did they have to start? Because the immortal Dave Ragone definitely made a few starts for the Texans

If you go by record, statistics, and TD/INT ratio, Todd Bouman was actually worse. The only thing Bouman was better than Merkens in was completion percentage. And I have to give to Bowman because he was a REAL quarterback, not some Bum Phillips utilityman.
