Yea, I don't have an interest in either team, but the Braves should expect a 97 mph plunking and shouldn't be upset by it.

I wonder if Braves players are taking bids on who will get hit today.

Dude got hit in the butt. He's a hot head. Getting thrown at is part of it when you stare down a home run like that.

As for my initial post, maybe phrased it wrong. We threw at him because he keeps running his mouth. I wasn't suggesting we didnt throw at him. He blew it out of proportion. He's "butt hurt" lulz

Holding such a petty grudge for looking a HR for too long when Justin Upton is on your own team is one of the more hypocritical things I've seen. Throwing at Harper 3 times over a home run trot that was still 5 seconds shorter than Upton's on the previous night is pathetic.

You Braves fans are bitches. Accept that someone is getting pegged with a fastball, and it's more than deserved

I fully expect Upton to be hit today and a brawl to ensue.

Harper does run his mouth too much though. I think it's funny how upset he is about it. Doesn't matter to the Braves cause we keep winning.

Nats can cause a fight today and have players suspended if they want. Just going to increase the Braves' lead.

I did. I'm not denying we're throwing at him. I'm saying he's not helping himself by running his mouth.

I'm not a Nats fan, but I can see why Harper is upset. I mean last season he got thrown at by I think Hamels? Just because he was young and good. So he probably takes that shite personally

Its the way the game of baseball is played. If you want to come in the league at 20 and pimp your homeruns and try and show everyone up, then thats fine by me do your thing. Dont be a little bitch when you get hit though.

And don't talk about killing a guy who hit you in the arse when he could have hit you in the ribs.

One of those plunkings was with a knuckle curve. If you're trying to hit someone that wouldn't be the pitch I would use. Another one was to put him on as the winning run in a tie game in the 8th. There's no way that was on purpose. He was mad about the fans cheering avilan for hitting him bc there is no way he thinks any of those pitches yesterday were intentional

I'm sure if Wood was throwing at him he wouldn't have thrown at him with a 78 mph curve. The second time he got hit last night looked worse, but I have a hard time believing the Braves wanted to put the go ahead run on base that late in the game.

What would happen if he threw a pitch behind him? No one gets hurt and the point is made.
