The A affiliate for the Mets is in Columbia, SC. I'd go see him play if ends up here next season. Just to see.

I've never really been a Tebow hater, but choosing New York just screams "attention whore."

The Braves have one of the two or three best farm systems in baseball while the Mets farm system is mediocre at best so it was technically the right move from a competition standpoint. But I can definitely understand the skepticism about Tebow choosing yet another New York sports team to play for.

Interesting they are starting him in the Fall League. That's where top guys go. Wonder how bad he'll look.Michael Jordan hit around .250 in the Fall League, but that was after playing an entire season in AA.
