You definitely should.

Really, every game should lock when it starts. But I understand that would be harder to do on Sunday.

No reason the survivor pick'em should lock on Thursday. Really dumb.

I've been asking chicken this question for the past couple of years.

It can't be that hard to make each game lock at their individual times

So cut off two teams a week? Um no

You have 84,000 posts so I assume you're on here mostly everyday. Just pick the 1st team that comes to your mind on Tuesday so in case you forget later, you still have one picked.

Went with Tampa myself

Most pools lock on Sunday at noon. You usually have the option to play on Thursday but Monday Night games are locked with Sunday games at noon. I have never seen a pool that locks each game at individual times.

I guess you can't read.

Two teams aren't cut off. If you miss the Thursday game, you just have two less teams to select.

You can still pick a team from the Thursday night game, if you want.

You originally said to just cut off the Thursday night game. I read it before you edited. That was what I was responding to

Wouldn't this defeat the purpose of Survivor anyway? Lock at the start of each game? frick that! Make a decision and deal with it! With technology these days , it's pretty damn easy to set a reminder on your phone or google calendar to make your fricking pick on Tuesday. If you can't be responsible enough to remember to make a pick each Tuesday or Wednesday with all the available shite to remind you then you don't deserve to continue to play and I'm sure the rest of your life is not in order either. What a stupid thing to bitch about. See ya next year!!

The thing about that though is towards the end of the season early games can dictate the competitiveness of later games making it easier.

Thursday Night Football doesn't make things any easier.

Picked the 'Phins.

Surely they won't screw this up against Cleveland and their third string quarterback, right?

Yep. Why I changed last minute. Cleveland will win sometime and didn't look bad at all last week. My luck though Detroit and Miami will roll

Cleveland has Cody Kessler starting at quarterback this week, I think. Not Josh McCown, not RGIII. Cody Kessler. On paper, it seems like a safe pick.

Same. The Phins have played alright. We just saw NE ROLL the Texans who are thought to be a title contender. The Phins loss last week is being overplayed here. They should roll the Browns pretty easily.

Miami.

Cody Kessler may turn out to be a decent QB, but he's going to be rolling with training wheels during his first start, and without a key weapon.
