I'm headed to Cobb County on a Wednesday for Giants and Braves

First visit to new stadium. Any restaurant/bar recommendations?

I'm going tomorrow. If no one else responds to you I'll update when I get back with what I find.

I've only been to Terrapin so far. Beer is great. They serve Fox Bros BBQ, which is quite good. It's got its own little entrance into the stadium.

In full disclosure, I didn't actually eat Fox Bros. at the tap room. I got it from the Fox Bros kiosk which is in the stadium. I was pretty impressed. I like Fox BBQ anyway, but I was expecting a drop off for the tap room version, and an even bigger drop off for the stadium version. Nope, pretty much the same.

Wanted to update for you. As the other guy said the terrapin bar was good and we didn't eat there but the BBQ looked good. The new park is really nice. Major upgrade over turner. I grabbed a burger at H&F in the park but there were tons of food options. I don't know if you're a beer guy or not but unless I completely missed out their craft beer selection is pretty bad. It's all BMC and a few terrapin beers sprinkled throughout the park. The battery was a lot of fun. We went to yardhouse to watch the LSU game and when we left at midnight the other bars seemed to still be very lively with tons of people everywhere. Enjoy.

Just bounce around the battery and check out all of the bars. It's a solid scene all around.

If you want some solid Mexican check out tacos la villa right down the road. If you want to be in the battery I'd definitely go antico. Live is a fun place before and after the game.

Get the tomahawk chop at the concession stand on the first base line field level. 16oz fried bone in pork chop with collard green slaw and white BBQ sauce on sourdough. Only 22 bucks

Check out the yard house. Over 150 different beers on tap.

This won't help you but I can't wait for Burn to be open.

Rocky Patel themed cigar bar opening soon in The Battery.
