Well we can at least agree on that

It seems odd to curtain call each HR this series

MArp didn't get a curtain call just for a game tying 3 run HR, he got it in part because of that and because he's the MVP of the NL right now.

We are currently the best team in baseball, that's not an opinion. Records identify that straight away

No one said that. It seems odd to curtain call each HR this series. If I'm being an idiot about it then I'm being an idiot and I accept it.

I'm not gonna say you are being an idiot but teams curtain call fairly often, you made it sound like its exclusive to us.

Not only that but both homers that were Curtain called were HUGE HRs in their respective games

The Cardinals are and always are a great team. No debate there. But the record at this point is pretty reflective of the Cardinals schedule thus far.

Playing Major League teams each and every day. Even the worst teams win 1 out of 3.

Please tell me more about how fortunate we are for getting to beat up on the cubbies though.

Not sure what the hell that even means. You're 2-1 against us this year and one of those was a miracle come back win by 1 run. I would say these games have played out pretty evenly between these two teams.

But come on, getting to play any team 6 times when they were playing like the Brewers were is highly fortunate for y'all. It will all play out evenly over 162 though. Should be a fun summer.

Yes, yes it will, to the tune of the Cards winning the Division by around double digits.

I like the confidence but with several competitive teams I think it'll be pretty tough to win the division by more than 10 games. When's the last time we even did that? 04? When's the last time it happened at all?

Like I said, even the worst teams win 1 out of 3.

Question, how many games does that miracle come back win count for in the standings by chance? .4? .6? I couldn't find that one annotated any differently than any other win.
