I am excited for the uptight old fart of a baseball writer that writes a article about how this is destroying the game.

Good. We can see the retards who vote for David Ortiz in 2021.

Now we can see who the assholes are who vote against obvious hall of famers because they don't want there to ever be another unanimously accepted player.

This must be the third big thing that Derrick Goold was trying to push through before his presidency of the BBWAA was up.

I was listening to a podcast he's on yesterday and he talked about getting the MLB.com beat writers in the union and keeping post game interview access at the current levels as 2 of the big three things he wanted done, but he couldn't talk about the third.

I know he's a Cardinals beat writes, so people will immediately roll their eyes, but he's pretty great at his job and is good to listen to on his podcasts and radio show.

Hey, he's not the Cardinal's beat writer that asked the clown question, bro. That was Hall of Famer Rick Hummel.

ETA: I wonder if getting the MLB.com beat writers in the union are what helped swing the vote on publicizing HOF ballots? Hmmmm.

I think we all owe Dan LeBatard an apology.

Now all this will do is allow the lone dipshit who votes against an otherwise unanimous choice because "Babe Ruth wasn't a unanimous pick!" a platform to air his reasons for clicks.

Heisman voting still isn't public either, is it?

The amount of hot takes that will come from these public ballots will be glorious.
